Hello,

We're planning on upgrading one of our platform databases to Postgres 13. This will allow us to provide a more performant, stable and secure service.

During the upgrade the Cloud Foundry API may be unavailable. This means you will not be able to push new applications, update existing applications, or view details about your running applications. Applications running on the platform will not be affected.

Our testing suggests we should expect between 20 and 30 minutes of unavailability.

If you use the API to autoscale your applications you may wish to scale up before the maintenance window to avoid being unable to scale during the upgrade.

The upgrade will happen between 8AM and 9AM GMT on Thursday 4th November.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Ireland (API - availability of the Cloud Foundry API to tenants, Cloud Foundry database) and London (API - availability of the Cloud Foundry API to tenants, Cloud Foundry database).
