Scheduled maintenance on Monday will prevent creating or modifying services via our API
Scheduled Maintenance Report for GOV.UK Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Completed
Hello,

We have finished today's scheduled maintenance on GOV.UK PaaS.

As expected there was a little downtime for creating new databases, and connecting new apps to existing databases. If you saw any errors between 13:12 and 13:31 then please retry what you were doing.

Making sure GOV.UK PaaS is constantly available and robust is our priority and we appreciate your patience for this being done in-hours. For more information please email us via gov-uk-paas-support@digital.cabinet-office.gov.uk.

Regards,
Miki Mokrysz

Scheduled
Hello,

We will be carrying out some scheduled maintenance on Monday between 1pm and 2pm. This hour will include a short time where backing services such as PostgreSQL, Redis and Elasticsearch cannot be modified via our API.

Operations that may fail for a short time within the hour:

- Creating new service instances
- Resizing existing service instances
- Binding apps to existing service instances
- Viewing our admin panel

Apps that are already running at the start of the maintenance will not experience any issues talking to their databases. If you do not deploy during this time you will not see any impact to your service.

Apologies for this taking place in-hours. If you have concerns or would like more information, please email us at gov-uk-paas-support@digital.cabinet-office.gov.uk.

Regards,
Miki Mokrysz
